The processing time for a withdrawal is between 5 and 10 working days from receipt of the package, depending on the order situation. During this time, the goods are checked for completeness and a credit note is issued. Depending on the type of payment, the reimbursement is as follows:
We inform Amazon that the goods have been taken back. The amount will then be reimbursed to you via Amazon Payments to the payment method deposited there (bank account, credit card).
We will inform Commerz Finanz GmbH about the withdrawal of the goods and the credit agreement will be canceled. Already paid installments will be refunded to you by the bank. A deposit will be paid by us to the account from which you made the payment to us.
Cash on delivery
In the case of an order with cash on delivery, you must tell us a bank account to which we have to return the money. You can already submit this information directly to us with the revocation.
The amount will be refunded directly to your Paypal account. Since Paypal has to process the transaction, it may take some time before the amount is credited back to your Paypal account.
Paypal Plus - invoice, direct debit and credit card
Paypal will be informed by us about the withdrawal of the goods. Depending on the payment chosen, the amount of Paypal will be reimbursed or not collected at all.
Advance payment and immediate transfer (Sofortüberweisung)
The amount will be transferred to the account from which you have instructed the payment to us.
